Q: Where does my limo tour start?
A: Your luxury limo tour can start at your hotel, residence in Manhattan, we will drive to your location. We can pick-up or drop off in luxury at the airport, cruise terminal (with luggage's) for extra charges $150 each way.

Q: Does my tour will be a private sightseeing tours of New York City?
A: YES, We offer only luxury private limousine sightseeing tours of New York City for you and your family, kids or friends.

Q: How do I PAY FOR MY LIMOUSINE SERVICES?
A: ALL RESERVATIONS, including customers wishing to PAY CASH, require a CREDIT CARD on hold by I Love NY Limo. PAYMENT OF CASH OR CREDIT CARD/CUSTOMER MUST PRESENT IT TO THE DRIVER UPON ENTERING THE VEHICLE.

A: We use only luxury stretch limousines:

Q: Can I bring my baby stroller or a small bag in the limousine?
A: YES, There is plenty room in the limousine trunk, we will not allow them inside the limousine.

Q: What is the age limit for kids in your limousines?
A: No age limit, you and your entire family (kids, parents, relatives).

Q: Does I LOVE NY LIMO TOUR stop at every landmark on your itinerary? Do we get out of the limo at every attraction?
A: Yes. If TRAFFIC permitting, we can make a stop at every item listed on your itinerary or you can pick the stops you want to make from your itinerary list, this will give everyone ample time to walk around and take pictures. With us you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport, East river, Brooklyn Heights while crossing the famous Brooklyn Bridge.

Q: How much time we can spend at each attraction?
A: As you can expect, some landmarks are more time-consuming than others, such as Trump Tower, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Rockefeller center, Times Square, Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport, the World Trade Center Memorial. With this in mind, there is no set time for each attraction. YOU are in charge of your own private time and we will not waste your time. Keep in mind, you will have a lot of sightseeing to do, so we do like to keep the limo tour moving.

Q: How can I handle to see different the Statue of Liberty ferry options?
A: You have an option to take free Staten Island Ferry. You will enjoy breath-taking views of the Statue of Liberty from this ferry option as they go right by the Statue of Liberty toward Staten Island. The Staten Island Ferry does not go to Liberty Island, thus there will be no walking around Liberty Island. When considering that the crown and the torch are closed, combined with the new security procedures, you will see the benefits of the much quicker Staten Island Ferry option. The total time of this ferry option is only 1 hour and FREE compared to the 2.5-3 hour Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island ferry. If you would still like to go to Liberty Island and Ellis Island, then we recommend doing so on a different day of your stay in New York City, or you can start your limo tour after one of this option.

Q: Can we see the Statue of Liberty?
A: YES, We will get as close is possible with the limo and you will be able to take a picture, but if you want to go inside or around the Statue of Liberty we recommend that you go on your own time. Takes about 3 hours. To purchase tickets please call 877-523-9849

Q: Can we see the Empire State building?
A: YES, We will drive by with 5 minutes stop, the Empire State Building is breathtaking and there is no time during our tour to visit the observation deck. We suggest you that you plan to visit it on a different day or after your limo tour, so make your final drop off at he Empire State Building. Q: If we decide to eat something quick can we stop?
A: YES, Please mention to your driver so he can pick the best NY PIZZA place for you during the tour. Some tour clients love having this option during the tour or to be drop off at the end of the tour at the RESTAURANT.

Q: I’m driving a car into New York City. Where should I park my car?
A: There are plenty of 24 hour parking locations in Manhattan. Let us know from what direction you are driving so to help you to find the right parking place and your limousine will be there waiting for you.

Q: What additional expenses should we expect?
A: In our side no expenses. If you wish to visit the observatory at the Empire State Building or Top of the Rock, there is a fee for tickets.

Q: Are tips included?
A: YES. Our Total price is all included/no hidden fees. Additional tip to your tour driver is at your own discretion.

Q: Can we bring our luggage's or carry-on bags on board your limousine?
A: YES. For pick-up or drop off at the airport, all luggage's will be place in the trunk of the limousine. The only bags that are allowed on board the Limousine Tour are small purses or back packs.
